How long is the voucher valid for?
The vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase allowing the recipient ample time to shop for their ideal gift. No extension of expiry date is allowed.

No. The Gift Voucher is only applicable for use in Malaysia.

- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. It can only be exchanged for goods at Robinsons, Mark & Spencer, Trucco, Coast and Fat Face in Malaysia only.
- Any unutilised amount from the voucher will not be refundable.
- The voucher is valid for one years from the date of issue and no extension will be permitted upon expiry.
- Vouchers stolen or misplaced are not replaceable.
