Applications are open to all aged 18 years and above.

The Robinsons Card is not a credit card. |

The Robinsons Card has no expiry date. |

In the event that the card is terminated by either party all points and rebates will be considered null and void. |

Members must present their Robinsons Card before making purchases. |

The Robinsons Card is non-transferable and is for the exclusive use of the Robinsons cardmember. |

In the event if the card is damaged, the registered member must present the damaged card at Robinsons Kuala Lumpur, Customer Service Counter Level 2 for a replacement. |

Rebates accumulated from lost, stolen or damaged card will be transferred to the replacement card. |

Robinson & Co (M) Sdn Bhd and/or its partners have the right to use the information given via the application of the Robinsons Card for their marketing and card promotion activities. |

Robinson & Co (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to decline the issuance or withdraw the Robinsons card at any time or terminate the membership as and when necessary without prior notice. |

Robinson & Co (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to suspend or terminate the program at any time it deems necessary. In such a case, Robinson & Co (M) Sdn Bhd shall give advance notice to members in the manner Robinson & Co (M) Sdn Bhd deems appropriate. |

Robinson & Co (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to omit, add or amend the Robinsons Card Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any new or amended terms and conditions will override the existing Robinsons Card Terms and Conditions. |

Every ringgit spent in Robinsons earns 5% rebate. |

Present this card to earn 5% rebates on all qualifying purchases. Rebates earned are redeemable on a quarterly basis (Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sept, Oct-Dec) through the issuance of Robinsons Gift Vouchers of equivalent value rounded down to the nearest RM5. |

Eligible members will be notified. Robinson & Co (M) Sdn Bhd will not bare any responsibility for mail failure or late arrival of rebate letters due to postal delays. |

Redemption of the Robinsons Gift Voucher is at Robinsons, The Gardens. |

Robinsons cardmembers are required to produce their Robinsons Card, Identity Card or Passport and the original rebate letter in order to redeem the Robinsons Gift Voucher. |

Robinson & Co (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to refuse voucher redemption for a valid reason or if it is suspected that the rebates were fraudulently accumulated by the Robinsons cardmember or wrongly recorded. |
