Robinsons launched the Chinese New Year promotion with an intimate style workshop exclusively for selected media and the Robinsons OCBC Platinum cardmembers.

The workshop, conducted by Ms. Wendy Lee, a professional image consultant was engaging, fun and everything auspicious. Beautiful Spring and Chinese New year merchandise were presented from exclusive Singaporean labels like The Station, Embre, Box&Cox, co.lette teamed with Monica Quen traditional pieces and the all-time favourite qi pao.

Guests were shown how to identify body shapes, face and how best to get the festive styles and colours mixed and accessorized with contemporary pieces to suit individual’s style and shape. For more formal dressing, key pieces and dresses from Coast were presented. Other international labels like Trucco, Inwear, Fenn Wright Manson were presented and participants were encouraged to try on different coordination and colours following the tips and the do’s and don’ts highlighted ! All in the theme of ‘auspicious dressing’ to celebrate and welcome the Lunar New Year!

Useful tips on choosing the right style and heel were presented from the Giselle Black footwear label. The new collection was presented, which paired very well with the Spring collection and guests were also briefed on how to best maintain and care for leather and fabric footwear.

After the session, guests were encouraged to get their 2008 fortune read by Master Chan at the Crystal Circles counter !

Robinsons launched Chinese New year with a storewide promotion from 18th Jan- 21st January. OCBC Robinsons Platinum cardmembers were entitled to extra discounts and offers while new card applicants received 3 angpow Robinsons vouchers.
